C64 BASIC V2 AI Skillset

Commodore 64 BASIC V2 is minimal: no else, no while, no cls, no sprite commands. AI assistants therefore often invent statements that don't exist. This skillset is a strict rulebook of everything that does and doesn't exist in BASIC V2, with a workaround for every missing feature.
